There are several things that can be easily fixed. For one, the picture you took is terrible quality. You need to bring the camera closer to the drawing so we do not see the ground at all, and we only see the drawing. Also the picture is ever so slightly blurry where the face is, so you need to be more steady when holding the camera or choosing where you want the photo to be focused.

Onto the actual drawing!
you seem to have a style where the edges seem to bolder, however its inconsistent. for example, the fire on left side is bold, but on the right its not. either be more consistent, or change it so that it looks more 3D. (like a shadow) the tail is a little thin towards the butt, and where it curves up. One of the legs is too short near the top. (The top half should match the bottom half in length). The same goes for the arm. (The arm on the right) The top part of the arm is too long compared to the bottom.

The texture of the clothing looks good, the fur and hair are alright (You could add darker lines within the hair to make it look more textured)

In short
You need to take better photos of your drawing. You need to work on body proportions and make sure some parts are equal in length. You need to work on your drawing style and have a stronger consistency in outline shading. And lastly you need to work on texture (Currently texture is decent, so work on that last). Keep practicing, I would love to see your work improve!
